Among the places I went to for facial contouring consultations, this was the only place that didn’t use a blood drain. When I asked why they don’t use one, they said they control all bleeding that occurs during surgery and securely suture the incision sites, so there’s no need to place one. They said because of that, patients don’t have much swelling and it goes down quickly. I originally thought it was definitely better to have a blood drain, but after going here, my thinking changed.
