Why I decided on surgery) A lot of my friends around me had the surgery. They were so satisfied, and when we went on hotel staycations or went out somewhere together, their figures looked so, so pretty that I just kept watching enviously I thought I should try it before I got any older, so I started looking into it.
Why I chose the hospital) Quite a few of my friends had surgery at large clinics, and what they always complained about was that there was no real aftercare, it was too hard to see the director, and follow-ups were checked carelessly. So when I said I was looking into breast surgery, everyone strongly told me not to go to a large clinic and to get it done at a specialty hospital. Based on advice from people I know, I looked into hospitals and went for consultations, and what I felt was: >More hospitals than expected do not actually consider aftercare important >There are also many places where CCTV footage cannot be viewed >The staff seem to change often, so the response is often not smooth >There are surprisingly many cases where the consultation manager does not know much about breasts(?) >There are many hospitals that only talk about the advantages of breast surgery and are busy hiding the downsides That was it. I wondered how I would resolve things when I felt anxious or had questions, and whether problems would be solved properly and on time. So I absolutely wanted a manager who was very knowledgeable about breasts, and that was exactly Manager Jina at Glam!! I honestly have so much to say, but this is not a place to confess my love to the manager, so to write it briefly: >She has been working there since Glam opened (over 10 years) >She is very kind and sweet >She openly explained everything, including pros and cons of breast surgery and surgical side effects.. (This was truly a lecture that became practical, valuable knowledge) >The consultation was not “you must get surgery,” but instead she suggested solutions so I could think it over a lot and decide. That was how it was. So I thought that with a manager like this, I could definitely trust them and give surgery a try. The hospital also allows viewing of fully recorded CCTV, and as I mentioned earlier, basic aftercare is included for 1 year. They also said all the staff members have been there a long time, so I thought, where else would I find a hospital like this? So I decided on surgery right away without worrying more! -> I am satisfied with the result and have no regrets.
Advantages after surgery) 1. Maximized body-shape coverage -My waist is fairly slim and my shoulders are straight, but because I had no breasts, I somehow only had a slender look like a skinny boy’s body type, and if anything, I looked boxy. (It may also be because my pelvis is not large.) After surgery, once volume was added to my breasts, my waistline looked very narrow and my figure looked much better! 2. Camouflage of pigeon chest -I did not know, but the director looked at me and said my pigeon chest was really severe.. I knew in my life that I had a pigeon chest, but I did not know it was that bad. Once I became aware of it, the protruding bone area bothered me a lot, but after breast surgery, I became less bothered by it. They said that because of this pigeon chest, my cleavage might not come together well after surgery, but my cleavage gathers much better than expected, so I am very satisfied. 3. No more clothing restrictions -When I was flat, there were many clothes I could not wear, but now any outfit gives me a fit that is honestly above average, so I feel less stressed when choosing clothes?? The fit also looks much more feminine, so I have even more confidence and I love it. 4. When meeting men -I think everyone knows without me saying it. Honestly, a lot of people probably get surgery because of this too haha..
Disadvantages after surgery) 1. Clinic visit schedule (if you do not have much free time!) -If you are busy with work and your schedule does not match, it might be really hard. The place where I had surgery was especially meticulous with the schedule, (the aftercare schedule is set up until 1 year) so in the beginning you have to go pretty diligently. You only need to get through 1 month, but keeping up every week is not exactly easy. So if you decide to have surgery here, I recommend being admitted for that day and discharged the next day. Then you do not have to go back to the hospital again to remove the bandage. Since it is a private room and the food is good too, admission does not seem bad. 2. The unspoken pressure to be very careful using your arms -For the first 1-2 weeks, the hospital gives special precautions, saying that even if your body moves well, if you overuse your arms, bleeding can occur, so do not raise your arms overhead or lift heavy things. But since you cannot gauge how careful you need to be, you become very guarded with your body, always tense and conscious of it, and that is a bit uncomfortable Like a slight stress..
Pain) They say this also differs from person to person. I did not really feel anything I would call pain. At most, it was a burning, tingling pain in the nipples?? But they said this is also part of the wound-healing process + nerve-recovery process. For me, it gradually went away a lot. In the beginning, putting on nipple patches made it okay.
Feel) Until month 2, it felt like they had not softened up fully, then from month 3 they softened a lot. Now at month 4, they have become very soft~ But what is interesting is that the tissue loosened differently on the left and right, so now one side is very soft, while one side still has some firm areas. I am just living with it, thinking time will solve this too lol
Overall satisfaction with surgery) The biggest change I feel is that when I stand in front of the mirror, I look at my body and am truly satisfied.. It is not other people’s gaze, but if I am satisfied from my own perspective, I think that says it all. I really think it is one of the surgeries I did well. Everyone thinks only the face can be a complex, and fixing that is no big deal, but when someone says they are getting their breasts done, they think the person is making a fuss for no reason. I really do not think that is true.. Do you know the sorrow of people who have lived without breasts?
I would not openly!! recommend it to people around me like double eyelid surgery, but if anyone close to me is worried because of small breasts, I would sincerely be willing to tell them what you gain and lose from breast surgery and recommend it! Because the sense of achievement that comes with it is that big.. Honestly, padded bras have limits. If we do not get surgery, when are we ever going to live with breasts like this...~~~~
It may depend on each person’s feelings, but at least I think that way, and I am living very satisfied. From now on, after passing the 6-month stabilization period, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years... 10 years... 20 years.... lol I am treating them carefully as breasts that will last my whole life!
