I usually had a lot of concerns because of my deep cheek fat, so I got a package of 3 sessions and received 1 additional session as an event, for a total of 4 sessions. The pain level was a tolerable stinging sensation, and the effect starts to show 2-3 days after getting it; it feels like the line becomes more refined?? That feeling seems to last about three weeks, and after time passes, it feels like it returns to the original state..
