As soon as the director saw my nose, he said I would need osteotomy, 4 mm silicone, and septal cartilage plus cartilage for the tip of the nose. He was kind, but the consultation took less than 2 minutes, and since it was my first consultation, I didn’t know what to ask, so that part was a bit disappointing.. I had about a 10-minute consultation with the manager, and I liked that there was no pressure. They said I would need to come every two days for aftercare, and that if the schedule didn’t fit, it would be hard to proceed with surgery, but I liked that they seem to provide very thorough care.
