A typical lower-body-heavy body type. To keep my lower body even at an average level, I had to go on an extreme diet. I was debating between liposuction and fat-dissolving injections, but it didn’t seem like I needed to go as far as liposuction, so I tried fat-dissolving injections. I was planning to manage my diet strictly, but I had a lot of drinking plans, so I couldn’t I held back on alcohol, but instead I went hard on the side dishes.. My friends criticized me, asking what kind of pointless thing I was doing after paying so much money, but I still lost a lot. Even without an intense diet, I finally got slim calves.
