I had revision surgery for a deviated nose, hump nose, and saddle nose from the director The result of my previous rhinoplasty was not good, and my nasal tip had drooped a lot, so I had surgery again using autologous costal cartilage They said that during surgery, the inside of my nose was in worse condition than expected, so the surgery took much longer than expected. Still, I think the result came out decently well Since the silicone was removed, my nose became an average height, and after a year passed, it seems to be coming back a little, so I am considering whether to put silicone in again, but for now I’m just living with it~ Still, I’m very satisfied because my nasal tip came back up and the saddle nose was also resolved Every time I went for treatment, the director treated even the inside of my nose very thoroughly
