I have silicone in the nasal bridge and had surgery using ear cartilage. I like everything about the nostrils and such, but the nasal tip is too blunt, so is it possible to have revision surgery only on the nasal tip? Or would everything have to be touched again? Please recommend a hospital that is good at this. If I do it, I would like to use autologous rib cartilage for a naturally defined look.
