They do functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery like this. The cost was very expensive The doctor said they don’t use septal cartilage; they use autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage. But they also recommended areas other than the nose, so I didn’t trust them I don’t think I’ll do it here. It felt like the consultation wasn’t really digging into the nose in detail.
