My nose was bulbous, but the nose length itself was not particularly long. I had a hump correction, osteotomy, septal cartilage + ear cartilage + 3 mm silicone, and around 2 and a half months later, the line looked nice and the nasal tip correction was very noticeable. But from a little after 3 months, it slowly started going back to my original nose. The nasal tip became round again, the midface looked long, and the tip drooped, so I went around consulting for revision surgery. But so many consultations said that unless I used autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage, it would not change dramatically, so I just gave up and am about to have surgery to remove the silicone.
