I had it done about 10 years ago with a closed approach + septal cartilage, and I had revision surgery because my nasal tip drooped. If I hadn’t had the drooping nasal tip issue, I probably wouldn’t have had revision surgery. This time I wanted to do it properly, so I had it done with an open approach + autologous costal cartilage. I still have the splint on, so I can’t really tell yet, but it definitely seems to have come out more glamorous than before, and I’m satisfied. Ask me anything you’re curious about
