Was it Dr. Jang Do-yeol? Honestly, I wondered if this was really the doctor at a cosmetic surgery clinic. Before anything else, basic manners and character between people matter, and honestly, he had absolutely no decency despite being quite old. In short, he had zero manners. I thought he was one of the worst doctors I'd ever met in my life. A lot of people say he's blunt and cynical, but that's a very softened way to put it, and it seemed like the clinic had even posted notices about it in advance like they do in a cafe or something. Does he have that much dissatisfaction with society? He just seems to hate everyone...
