The female director had incredible charisma. After listening to me, she asked whether the purpose was cosmetic or corrective, and suggested nasal bridge silicone, shaping the nose with ear cartilage and septal cartilage while naturally lifting the nasal tip, and after seeing the postoperative shape, if I wanted, we could do nostril reduction. That was what I wanted, so I kept it saved for now, finished consulting at other clinics, and then scheduled surgery.
I also liked that because it was a private clinic, they did only 1-2 surgeries a day.
Even after scheduling the surgery, I was anxious, so I had 2 more consultations with the director. Maybe she understood, because she accepted all of them.
I had surgery in February this year, and now it is month 7.
There is almost no pulling at the nasal tip, and it seems almost settled, so now it really feels like my own nose. People I know also say my facial contours look a little clearer and I naturally became prettier~~~
After surgery, I struggled with swelling and bruising, so I wondered what I was doing at this age, but now I am glad I did it a hundred times over~
It would have been nice if I had done it when I was younger, but I am glad I did it even now~~ Before surgery, I also considered lifting the nasal tip with donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage and nostril reduction, but I was scared of revision surgery if something went wrong, and my nose was the type where the effect of nostril reduction would be uncertain, so I proceeded as I first thought. My nose became naturally and moderately higher, so my satisfaction is high.
Even now, I visit regularly and have my nose condition checked.
While consulting and proceeding with the surgery, I thought the clinic I had consulted at in my mid-30s seemed to be the same clinic (same director), but I wondered if it could have been that long ago, so I did not ask. Later, when I asked (it has been 15 years since opening), it turned out to be the same clinic (same director) I had consulted before~~
