Review after epicanthoplasty reconstruction (restoration) surgery!!

Hello, I recently had double jaw surgery and epicanthoplasty restoration surgery, and I came here because I wanted to learn about facelift for soft tissue sagging, nose surgery, and philtrum reduction! So I’m writing this because I wanted to share one of the surgeries I had with everyone here..!!

First, my first eye surgery was in 12th grade, when I had double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method and an upper canthoplasty. It was a plastic surgery clinic in Haeundae, Busan, but I don’t remember the name,,, My eyes were originally monolids, but they were horizontally long and big, so I was told double eyelids would turn out well. But I said I wouldn’t do an epicanthoplasty, and they said it wasn’t an epicanthoplasty but an upper canthoplasty and that they would open upward, so I said okay and had the surgery, but my already narrow intercanthal distance became even narrower....

After becoming an adult, I was stressed because I heard so much that even though my eyes were big overall, they looked sharp and slit-like, making my impression look fierce, older, and scary ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ So I kept thinking I should get epicanthoplasty restoration someday, but I had heard so often that restoration has to be done somewhere really good, so I was really worried. But fortunately, I heard that an acquaintance of an acquaintance had it done here, so I think I went thinking, let’s just go and see, even if I’m being fooled.

Actually, besides epicanthoplasty restoration, I wanted ptosis correction to lower my eye line and also posterior and lower canthoplasty, so I asked about them. The director explained things really slowly and in detailㅋㅋㅋㅋ He said they cover it by pulling over the skin, and that he uses a method that pulls enough so it won’t be insufficient, but I don’t remember exactly what it was... Then I asked if he could close it just a little more, but he said if he closed it more, it could look stuffy, so I listened to him, said okay, and contacted them saying I’d have surgery two days later ㅎㅅㅎ But here, after the consultation with the director, instead of consultation managers negotiating this price and that price, it seemed like the nurse who goes into surgery played the consultation manager role. It’s not a big thing, but honestly I think that was kind of nice too...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ (awkward) There was no pressure, and because the director specializes only in epicanthoplasty restoration, he told me the fixed prices as they were: how much for one-side reconstruction, how much for both sides. Discounts and things like that weren’t possible ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

The price was a bit higher compared with the various restoration event prices shown on regular cosmetic surgery apps, but I’m so satisfied with the surgical result, as much as the director’s skill, and everyone around me says my impression looks softer, it’s amazing, why didn’t I restore it earlier, and that it looks much better after doing it. Seriously ㅠㅠ Also, I thought I just didn’t have much eye swelling, but even for the red scar area, compared with an acquaintance of an acquaintance who had it done at another hospital and was one month post-op, mine was much less noticeable, and they said mine, even though it had only been 1-2 weeks, had less scarring. Seriously, if you’re thinking about epicanthoplasty restoration, I really want to recommend this place.....

I had hooked-looking eyes, so the groove under my eyes extended downward, they were uneven, and because of this I had lost the front part of my aegyo-sal, but it seems to have come back ㅠㅠ I hope I recover quickly and get ptosis correction ...ㅎㅎ
