Review of hump nose, implant-free nasal tip surgery

I had nose surgery on November 26 with Director S.J.Y. at D.R. Plastic Surgery, and 2 weeks have already passed!! First of all, before surgery, I had a slight hump on my nose. (Other people didn’t really notice, but I could see it) But I wanted only nasal tip surgery without separate hump correction (without osteotomy on the nasal bridge or implant insertion, just slightly raising the area from the highest point of the hump to the nasal tip with autologous cartilage!), and when I had my consultation about this, the director understood exactly what I meant. D.R. is already well known for implant-free nasal tip surgery, and my younger sibling also had surgery here 2 years ago and was highly satisfied, so I only had a consultation at this one place, liked it, and booked a date right away~! Right after surgery, this place also didn’t put cotton in my nose like other places, so breathing was very comfortable. There was noticeably little bruising or swelling too, so I felt once again that the doctor was skilled. I’m on the sensitive side, so the splint bothered me, and when I mentioned it at the disinfection visit on day 3 after surgery, they removed it right away too The director really listens well to patients, and although he seems a bit blunt, he is a kind and attentive type. Looking at the post-op photos, as you can see, the connection from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip looks natural even without shaving it down! For the nasal tip, he said my septal cartilage was not firm, so he used only ear cartilage, and I’m satisfied because it came out in the shape I wanted, with a line somewhere between straight and semi-straight~~ There is still a lot of residual swelling, so I’ll need to watch the progress for more than a month, but for someone like me who prioritizes safety and naturalness above all, I think this place was the best I’ll post another review after the swelling goes down completely!!
