They said the doctor consultation is the second step, so I had to schedule it separately. The manager touched my eyes, marked the line, evaluated them, and recommended the surgical method. The doctor who should actually diagnose and perform the surgery was nowhere to be seen. It’s even more absurd that they proceed with this ridiculous system without giving any notice from the time of booking. Is the surgery done by a staff member instead of a doctor? The consultation manager is kind, though.
