I had three facial contouring procedures & Accu. It’s been about 9 days.
If you’re going back to work after facial contouring, I think you need to take at least a week off. If you just get through that one week, you can live somewhat like a normal person, but that week was painful.
In conclusion, I’m satisfied with the result. I want to see what it looks like once the swelling goes down quickly. Even though I still have swelling, my friends are amazed and say my face has gotten smaller.
- Cough, phlegm, runny nose, nosebleeds, sore throat These are aftereffects of general anesthesia, but the recovery period seems to differ from person to person. My voice came back after a week. My throat was itchy and phlegm was stuck, but I couldn’t blow my nose or cough, so I had to swallow everything down my throat, which was painful. While drinking water, my throat got itchy and I sprayed the water out; while walking, my nose suddenly started dripping blood ㅠㅠ Because of the phlegm, the snoring sound seemed to come from my lungs ㅠㅠ
- Swelling They say it decreases as the days go by, but maybe because the stitches inside my mouth haven’t been removed yet, I still have some hard swelling in my cheeks and chin. Still, if I go out wearing a mask, it’s not noticeable? The bones are slim, but my face feels like it belongs to someone who weighs about 100 kg.
- Pain There’s almost no pain at the surgical sites. The aftereffects of general anesthesia and the pain of not being able to brush my teeth are worse. I want to get the stitches inside my mouth removed quickly next week.
Next time, I want to write a one-month review.
