I got nose surgery to improve my bulbous nose, but it didn’t improve at all lol So I went to the clinic and confronted them about it, but the consultant kept saying it turned out well, and I felt like no matter what else I said, I wouldn’t be able to win, so I’m just planning to get revision surgery somewhere else (Please don’t ask which clinic it was. I don’t want this to become a bigger issue for no reason..) They say making a bulbous nose more dramatic can give a more noticeable result, so for now I’m thinking of using autologous rib cartilage to make the bridge/tip more defined and elevated. Are Director Choi Im-don, Director Park Gui-yong, and Director Jung Dong-woo really good with rib cartilage? I’m not sure if they’re also well-known for improving bulbous noses. People say to seek out the doctor rather than the clinic... Are there any other directors you’d recommend?
