First of all, I liked the before-and-after photos, and I decided to have surgery because I felt that the director at the plastic surgery clinic understood my needs well and communicated well. Communication with the hospital director is important, you know. They also do early correction if needed, so I thought even if I became dissatisfied, it wouldn’t be a problem.
