My nose is so bulky, and the nasal tip is blunt and looks spread out sideways, and my nostril wings were large too, so I also had alar reduction during surgery. I had filler 2 years ago, and this time I dissolved it before surgery. I had nasal tip surgery, nasal bridge osteotomy, and alar reduction, and autologous costal cartilage and silicone were used.
It's only been 1 week since my rhinoplasty, so my face is covered in patchy yellow bruisesㅠ Yesterday I had the splint removed and the costal cartilage stitches taken out too, and maybe because of the nurse's skill, it hurt less than I expected. Thankfully, my facial swelling has gone down a lot compared with the past 3 days.. Even with a mask and hat, I look like this, so it's hard to go outㅠㅠ
On the day of surgery, I got painkillers and a swelling injection, so the pain did calm down a bit. Until days 2-3, a hell party~~ opened, so I struggled quite a bitㅠ Now I kind of understand why everyone says it gets better after removing the packing..
It's been 1 week since my rhinoplasty now; how are the swelling and bruising? Every morning I check in the mirror, and sometimes I think the line is pretty, and sometimes I think my nose looks bulky, so my mood feels like it's on a roller coasterㅠㅠ Sigh....does it look bulky?
