First of all, it was my first surgery, and I had it done together with functional rhinoplasty, but I could barely tell whether anything had been done or not. My nostrils were uneven and the central axis was shifted to the left, so I asked about it, and they said my face is asymmetrical, so my nose has no choice but to be asymmetrical too, responding in a way like, “Well, what do you want us to do about it?”;
