First, they explain the characteristics of my face, and while looking at what I want and the photos together, they identify what I want to fix. I got the impression that rather than making it flashy, they would refine it naturally to suit the harmony of my face. They seemed professional, were kind, and explained things slowly, so the consultation was comfortable. However, the website says there is an anesthesiologist, but the director said they administer the anesthesia personally, so I found that puzzling.
