I went because I was so stressed about my ear cartilage showing through at the nasal tip. The director had a kind but confident style, and it was nice that they had me lie down somewhere like an operating room and examined my nose directly. But I was really upset about my columellar retraction, and they said there wasn't much to do to the columella, and that artificial dermis couldn't be used on the nasal tip either, only autologous dermis.... Also, I do like a natural look, but the Photoshop simulation went beyond natural and made my nose look too bulbous, so I decided not to do it... The price was expensive too. No discount at all. No referral discount.
