Among the reasons primary rhinoplasty fails, there are many cases where the glabella is too high and it becomes an avatar nose. But if doctors know this, why do they keep making avatar noses without discussing the starting point…..??? If only they, as professionals, were just a bit more thorough and first asked about and tried to discuss the areas people complain about, so many people, including me, wouldn't have had to suffer like this.. It really hurts my heart
