As soon as the video came out saying a famous YouTuber had nose surgery here, I recognized it.
But it seemed like they were good at hump noses, so I was conflicted (I have a low nose).
The doctor was calm and listened well.
And they explained well how the surgery would be done, so I could picture it.
So I liked the doctor.
But the staff and consultant were not that great.
Later, they called me separately and asked if I had decided. When I said I might not do it here, they asked why and asked for the reason.. It was the first time I'd seen a hospital like this.
The doctor wasn't bad, but the rest was disappointing..
