I'm 1 week post-op from nose surgery, and now that I've actually had it done, I'm suddenly really anxious about side effects and things like that If contracture or inflammation develops and the silicone is removed right away, can it end at the point of returning to my pre-surgery nose? Or even if the silicone is removed, once contracture, bending, etc. starts, is it irreversible?
