Before<Before>After<After 1>After<After 2>After<After 3>After<After 4>I had silicone inserted in the nasal bridge, and donor costal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. I had been debating between autologous costal cartilage and donor costal cartilage, and if thinking about safety, autologous costal cartilage would probably be much better.. but I felt the surgery to harvest rib cartilage was too major.. (personal opinion), so after much thought I chose donor costal cartilage. The line wasn’t smooth before, but they made the silicone not too high and smoothed out the line, and I think they fixed? the nasal tip nicely so it looks sharp and defined. The minor swelling around the nasal tip lasted a bit long, but around two months, even that residual swelling went down haha
