I went for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty in 2022~ The director is on the cynical side, but tends to speak honestly. The revision surgery cost was for using only ear cartilage, but it was quite expensive. They said they wake you up in the middle of rhinoplasty so you can check in the mirror, but it seems like they don’t use sleep anesthesia at all and proceed only with local anesthesia.
