My eyes were not extremely difficult eyes, nor did I have severe side effects. It was simply that one eye had come undone, while the other eye had not. Previously, I had only had non-incisional buried suture double eyelid surgery. Even though one side had come undone, it looked natural, so I was living with it fairly satisfied, but my eyelashes started getting pressed down, and I could visibly see that the skin on the side that had not come undone had sagged a bit. So I decided to lower the line from the inner corner to the center of the eye a little, changing it from semi-out to in-out, and raise the loosened side to match the symmetry.
