I went in for a consultation about silicone removal and revision rhinoplasty of the nasal tip. Consultation fee: 10,000 won, prepaid Unlike other hospitals, they said it could also be done with ear cartilage instead of autologous costal cartilage. They said the goal was not to lengthen or raise the nose, but that it could be improved through repositioning and their own know-how. They explained it pretty well. They handled my nose a bit too strongly, so it hurt a little.
