It's been a long time, but I'm writing to share information.
In January 2019, I had partial-incision surgery by Director ㅇㅁㅇ.
Two of my friends had it done here and are living new lives haha... so I followed my friends to Gangnam too. My friends all had natural adhesion procedures, so I begged to have natural adhesion too, but they said my eyelids were stretched from double-eyelid glue and recommended partial incision. They recommended ptosis correction, saying I had blepharoptosis, but I was scared... so I insisted on only getting double-eyelid surgery and didn't do ptosis correction.
The surgery was done under general anesthesia, and there were no issues from surgery until before stitch removal. Ah, I think from the day of surgery to day 2, my eyes had a slight throbbing pain. I was really worried because people said stitch removal hurts, but it didn't hurt at all!
I'm currently in year 5. The inner corner side of the line sometimes itches. I don't know if it's just me. I didn't really get inflammation or styes, and maybe because they pursue a very natural line, after 5 years it has become really thin haha. No one can tell I had double-eyelid surgery.
I'm very satisfied with the line itself, but maybe because it's too thin, or because I didn't get ptosis correction, 1. Left eye -> from around 4 years after surgery (there was a day when I cried a lot, and after that), when I'm tired, a thick extra double-eyelid fold forms above the eye line... + the inner corner side of the line became faint. 2. Right eye -> this side is fine when I'm tired, but when my eye swells or after I cry, it swells much more than the left eye, so the entire line becomes faint + when I wake up, sometimes one more line forms deeply above the eyelid (an extra double eyelid).
These side effects? phenomena? happened. Now my right eye was suddenly fine during daily life, but in the evening it just came undone, so I'm looking into revision surgery... I'm wearing makeup and contact lenses too, but rather than that, I think the problem may have been scratching because of the inner corner itching I mentioned above. The back part of the line is the same, but only the front line came undone...
