I had upturned nose surgery 10 years ago using only ear cartilage. They said there was no need to add height to the nose, so I did it that way. Back then I was young, so I only wanted my nostrils not to show, but after getting it done, my nose looked longer and it made me look more mature.. lol Since it was an extension procedure, it’s natural that it got longer, but I hadn’t thought of that at all, so I’m a bit upset. Still, my nostrils do show less. For those getting it done now, I hope you consider it carefully!
