Before before before after after afterThis is my 2-week review of 3 types of facial contouring (cheekbones + square jaw + chin) and paranasal bone graft! Before surgery, I had some facial asymmetry, and because I did not have much facial fat, my bones showed through, so I had a face shape where the mandibular angle and a peanut-shaped contour were visible
I filtered out all factory-style surgical hospitals and went to consultations while putting safety first I had consultations at a total of 6 places, and at 345 Plastic Surgery, the consultant and director explained the surgery in the most detail, so on the day of the consultation I made the surgery reservation and even completed the preoperative tests So in the end I decided to get 3 types of facial contouring (cheekbones + square jaw + chin) and paranasal bone graft The paranasal bone graft is not an implant; it is a procedure where bone from the cheekbone is shaped and grafted into the paranasal/nasolabial area, and my satisfaction is quite high haha
I was extremely nervous on the day of surgery, but during the final consultation before surgery, Director Park Jong-rim spoke calmly to me and told me that since it was my first surgery, being nervous was natural, but not to worry too much, so I was able to wait comfortably until I entered the operating room
After waking up from anesthesia, during the one-day hospital stay, the nurses took such kind care of me that I almost cried, so I was able to recover comfortably and be discharged While I was hospitalized, the director stopped by about two or three times, told me the surgery went well, and checked my condition too!
Until days 2-3 after surgery, I was so swollen that I wondered if it was okay to swell this much, but after that, the excessive swelling went down really quickly The day after surgery, the director called once more to check whether there were any unusual issues and how I should manage things until my first visit, and this helped me feel emotionally stable so much! I was touched,, almost teary? haha Maybe painkillers work very well for me, but from immediately after surgery until now, I have never once thought it hurt; instead, it was more like discomfort from swelling and discomfort from sleeping with my upper body elevated (but I think this part really varies by person!)
Even though I still have some swelling, I really like my face shape. The angular parts are no longer visible, so my impression looks much softer, and before surgery I could not even dream of wearing a beanie but my satisfaction when wearing a beanie or hat is truly the highest!!! They say waiting it out is the answer for contouring, so I’m looking forward to time passing quickly and seeing how I look after the swelling goes down!!
