When I looked at photos taken from the front, back, and side, the outer corners looked closed off, and every time I edited photos, widening my small, clam-like eyes was so stressful. So I really wanted lateral canthoplasty, but the biggest reason I worried about it for years was that there were consistently so many side effects mentioned, like the corners reattaching, the eyes becoming that characteristic D-shaped look over time, and the red mucous membrane looking all ragged and exposed, etc. So I just kept worrying about it. When I looked at online reviews or YouTube reviews, all the after photos were of eyes with makeup, so I ended up not really paying attention to photo reviews. Also, I live outside Seoul and didn’t have time, so I couldn’t go around to consultations at many places. For about a month, I looked through apps, heard real reviews, and searched online, and eventually decided on Divine. I had the consultation and surgery on the same day. The consultant was so pretty and kind.
