Because of my hump nose, my impression looked rough and my image felt strongly masculine, so I had surgery to shave down the hump and use donated costal cartilage. When I came for the consultation, there was some waiting time, but on the day of surgery, I had the design done and underwent surgery without any waiting. I had seen many surgery reviews from the director with a glamorous nose-line feel, so I was very worried it might not suit me, but he removed the hump cleanly and made the line pretty in a way that suits my face, so I’m more satisfied than I expected.
