I visited because I wanted rhinoplasty without an implant. Even if the effect would be a bit less, I really, really hated the fact that there could be a possibility of revision surgery, so although my nose is on the low side, I mentioned wanting no implant. Since my nose is low, I was told there probably wouldn’t be a dramatic effect. I had already taken that much into account, so I explained what I wanted (improvement of a bulbous nose, improvement of a droopy/arrow-like nose appearance), and they showed me photos of cases similar to mine.
