Before<before>Before<before>Before<after>Before<after>I had a long resection from the square jaw area all the way to the front chin! It has been 2 weeks since I had square jaw surgery, Invisible, and cortical bone surgery.
My concerns were 1) the front part of my jaw was wider than the back of the jaw under the ears, so because of the bone, my face looked saggy, older, and tired, 2) when viewed from the side, the slope of my jawline drooped too far downward (the jaw length under the ears was a little long).
I found 345 while searching online, and when I visited for a consultation, the atmosphere was very comfortable, so I think I liked it even more. The results I found through online reviews also looked very good, and I gained trust in the doctor’s skill, so I chose 345!
Even though the swelling around my lips and the candy-in-the-mouth-like swelling after surgery have not fully gone down yet, the two things I disliked have been completely resolved! Once all the swelling goes down and the line becomes more defined, I think it will be really nice.
To reduce swelling, I tried not to eat foods that were too salty, and I think I walked a lot! I think I need to put in a little more effort to reduce the remaining minor swelling (somewhat firm swelling) as well. I hope the remaining swelling goes down soon!!

A little while ago, I received my 2-week care and visited the hospital to check my condition, and the CT results were also very satisfying. I saw photos of the bone that was resected by about 6-7 mm and also saw the CT images, and even just looking at the bone, it felt good... The symmetry was also better matched than before, so I was really happy haha
