Seriously, my nose was such an old-style version, and the implant was the lowest one, so the doctor even said they would only know I’d had nose surgery by touching it directly Now I have a straight-to-slightly-upturned line with 5 mm inserted, and donated rib cartilage is in there I wish the swelling wouldn’t go down and it would just stay at this height
