I had my first nose surgery at a clinic, and ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone were used. People I know had surgery at that clinic and their results came out so well, so I got a recommendation and had surgery there. It’s been 3 weeks since surgery. My drooping and blunt nasal tip was such a big complex for me, but it came out with exactly the refined yet natural-looking feel I wanted, so I’m very satisfied haha I tend to have quite a lot of swelling, so there is still swelling left at the nasal tip, but they told me that would also go down and become slimmer. I’m satisfied even now, and I think I’ll be even more satisfied once more swelling goes down, so I’m looking forward to it.
