Looking at other reviews, a lot of people said the director was unfriendly, but I didn’t feel that during the consultation. But they do have very clear personal opinions. They said if septal cartilage can’t be used, they use donated costal cartilage, and I liked that there was no additional cost for that. The staff were kind and seemed good at understanding my needs.. I got a good impression, but I think I’ll need to have a more detailed consultation again.
