It proceeded at the reserved time without much waiting. I’m doing it with autologous costal cartilage, and additional cartilage or dermis may be used. Depending on the situation, they mentioned cartilage from the harvested chest area, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm as well, but they said it’s hard to confirm right now because they’ll decide based on the situation during surgery. (Since it’s a revision surgery and I wanted silicone removal, I think they said this because they don’t know my pre-op appearance.) It matched the ideal nose line I wanted. I was concerned about having a low glabella and raising the nasal tip to create a line and angle that breaks from the side, and they caught this point accurately. Since they tend to do a very glamorous style, they told me it would be possible if I wanted it more natural. I was satisfied because the consultation didn’t feel rushed.
