During my first surgery 7 years ago, I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery + fat grafting. The doctor in charge left the clinic right after the surgery, and I suffered severely because of adhesions in the wrong areas, an uneven eyelid line, and my eyes opening asymmetrically.
After much thought, I had revision surgery 2 years ago at a place that said they could create the line I wanted with the buried-suture method, but as the swelling went down, the line kept moving higher. It became a double crease, and the front part of the line is higher. (I explained exactly what I wanted with photos and drawings.)
I am currently planning a third surgery.. I’m thinking of incisional surgery + lowering the line, but I’m scared because there are so many posts saying it can come back again I really don’t want to have surgery again. My eyelids are thin and my eyes are protruding.
