I went for a consultation for my first bulbous nose surgery. Since I figured from the start that to get rid of the bulbous-nose tendency I would need revision surgery, I had already made up my mind about that, but I didn’t want anything too flashy. So I was only thinking up to a revision after seeing the first surgery result, but they also worried in advance about cases of people who end up having a third or fourth surgery, and recommended that if that might happen, we should avoid overdoing it in the first surgery.
