I received a Silfirm laser treatment. Compared with other places, I think the effects and service were much worse. From the consultation to the procedure, they did not ask detailed questions or examine me carefully; they just listened to what I asked for and went straight into the procedure. The doctor performed the treatment, but it did not feel like they treated my whole face evenly, and compared with other clinics, it did not hurt at all. Maybe because it did not hurt, I also did not feel any effect at all. During the procedure, I was lying down with a curtain drawn, but the managers' chatting outside was so loud that it was not a comfortable facility.
