My original nose had a nasal bridge, but the nasal dorsum was wide,
so it looked spread out from the front, and the nasal tip was blunt.
The previous surgery I had to make it look slimmer failed..
I don't know whether they put some unknown foreign material(?) in the nasal dorsum toward the nasal tip,
but as a side effect, part of my nasal dorsum became reddish
and I had numbness, so I decided on revision surgery.
With the thought that there would never be another revision surgery again,
I gathered information from cafes and websites, narrowed down a few places, visited them,
and after consultations, I had surgery at the place I was satisfied with. Now it has been one month.
For the nasal bones, they only shaved the sides to make them slimmer, but as the nasal bridge line
became more refined, it had the effect of looking higher from the front too~
After removing the foreign material, I had no implant placed, and only autologous costal cartilage was used in the nasal tip.
(They said the removed foreign material looked like permanent filler and inserted threads.)
They lowered the nasal tip downward, adjusted the columella, and lowered the nostril rim,
so the nostrils look smaller, and the nasal tip became plump and extended straight.
I requested that they make it natural and close to a straight nose,
and even though I had many demanding requests during the consultation right before surgery,
the director listened carefully to my opinions and performed the surgery well,
so my nose turned out so well now. I should have done it sooner.
I also have rhinitis, so I had functional rhinoplasty done together, and I am very satisfied!
