Before before <before> after <after> Before the wedding, I went to try on dresses, but my arms were just so.. ha.. I made up my mind to try losing it through exercise and started working out, but arm fat is something that does not come off even with exercise haha I was stressed and went for a consultation at ㅈㅎ, and if I had known I would change like this, I would have gone sooner haha Less stress!!! It hurt less than I expected, and I was surprised that I could raise my arms well too. It feels like the fat is coming off faster too, so I feel good haha By the time I walk into the wedding hall, I think I’ll be able to go in even slimmer, and I’m going to wear a pretty dress without worrying about my arms and walk into the wedding hall haha
