Doctor's kindness - More sincere than factory-style clinics downtown Consultation expertise - They said things even I could say if I sat there; it did not help with choosing Staff kindness - I was getting a neck wrinkle procedure, and I have no idea why I had to expose my bangs when taking before-and-after progress photos. Rather than just doing what they're told, I wish they would consider and care for the patient and think while working... I went near closing time, so it was hectic and chaotic. The kind staff are kind, but most staff have soulless eyes and words. Clinic facilities - Clean. The wait time is long, but the waiting seats have no backrests, so there is no consideration for resting by leaning back. The area where you wait after applying anesthetic cream is too small.
