Factory-like. In the early days (7 years ago), it felt like the skill level was good no matter who performed the procedure, but when I went recently, it felt like there were more doctors who seemed like beginners. The consultation is also all done by the manager. So I stopped going here and switched to a place with just one director. Still, skin procedures and things like that seem worth getting there.
