I waited 30-40 minutes to see the consultation manager. When changing into the gown, the person taking photos was looking at me, so it was a bit embarrassing. There were no lockers, and I had to put my clothes in a shopping bag and move around, so that was not great. The process goes consultation manager > director > consultation manager. The director explained everything and answered all my questions sincerely. But I think they tend to suggest a slightly larger size.
