It left an impression on me that they drew the nose themselves while explaining. They passionately gave their opinion on the condition of my nose and whether improvement was possible. But they kept asking how many other hospitals I had visited and how other places had explained things differently, so it felt like I was being interrogated and scolded. The before-and-after photos seemed to come out naturally well.
