I felt the director was very conservative, extremely safety-oriented. My stance is that it is best to take an unconditionally conservative approach, so I liked that, but I think people may have different preferences. Even when I asked additional questions, they answered so well, explaining each one without showing any annoyance and even explaining papers. However, they seem to have a tendency to describe the expected surgical outcome much lower than my own expectations..? They mean that if I expect too much, I'll be disappointed, but since expectations for the surgery are also an important factor when getting plastic surgery, it does make me think..!
